Badura — Bernard Badura was an early 20th century American artist and frame maker of the Arts and Crafts Movement from Bucks County, PA. Inspired by frame maker Frederick Harer, he created hand-carved frames that featured incised, punched, and gilt designs. Badura frames were signed on the verso.
